Warley Model Railway Exhibition 2009 Part 3

This is the third and final part of the three part video from the Warley Model Railway Exhibition 2009 that was held on the 21st and the 22nd of November 2009. All footage seen in all three videos was filmed on the 21/11/2009. I apologise for the final clip cutting short at the end of the video as my memory card got filled to the brim with footage and photos from this event. The layouts shown in this final segment of the video are that of British Outline in OO Gauge and N Gauge. This video starts off with the “Blea Moor” British OO gauge layout set in the 1960’s as most of the steam locomotives are in BR Black or Green livery that are working alongside the (in this era) brand new Diesel Locomotives such as the Class 40 “Whistler”, Class 44 and Class 45 “Peak” Locomotives, Class 24 and Class 25 working on passenger, freight and mail trains and the Class 108 DMU as steam locomotives were sadly being phased out in this period which spelt the end to a legend. Next I film another British outline OO gauge layout which is a mixture of Diesel and Steam traction running to no fixed era as this layout is ran to a modellers licence (a bit like mine really). The stock used was the Hornby HST in Intercity Swallow livery which was the new HST released in 2008 and a steam locomotive (which was sleeping on the job!) was hauling some very sleek looking pullman carriages once the operator gave it a nudge to wake it up!
