Does anyone know where I can find crossing signal gift items?

Sunday, September 2nd, 2012

Question by RexD: Does anyone know where I can find crossing signal gift items?
I have searched countless times here online and all I find is items for model railroading, actual old signals that would not fit in my yard, and toys for kids. Know where I can find novelty items based on crossing signals? e.g. clocks, lamps, telephones, pictures etc.

I would search e-bay, lots of old stuff turn up there almost every day, I have bough some cool memorabilia there.
Be persistent, enter the name of specific RR’s, and try RR items for search criteria.

Question by fortenberry_susan: I am a widow and need to know where to sell husbands chess sets, medieval items, and g-scale trains?
The chess sets and the medieval items are all in one room. There is chain mall, swords , and figures. There are about 25 chess sets. The trains are engines, buildings and people.

I would try ebay. Not knowing where you live, it may be hard to sell those items locally. If you late husband was a member of a chess club, masonic lodge, or the like you might call one of their members and spread the word. Nice part about that, if they knew your husband, they will give you a very fair price for the items and are less likely to rip you off.
