How can i keep my dog from digging at the fence?

Question by $ Farm$ AddictZ$ : How can i keep my dog from digging at the fence?
There is a dog next door, and he has eaten through the fence, and he has dug under it. It is a female dog that was in heat, but now is spayed. Now she smells like she is in heat is what our neighbors said. Could you give me ideas (Besides electric fences/collars) because i find the electric cruel to a dog, because my grandmother had a dog like that but it always got hurt from it and i dont want that to happen to my puppy (he is a 6 month old Norwegian Elkhound) Thanks!

I would recommend investing in an electric collar, this can really train dogs well. Good luck!

How do I get rid of chipmunks that keep digging up the ballast of my model railroad?

There is only one solution to a chipmunk problem and that is to eliminate them. These things breed like crazy and will create havoc if Left unchecked. The easiest way to control them is to have a cat or luck out and have a neighbor that owns one. If not a pellet gun or better yet a .22 cal with a bird shot type shell does a wonderful job (check local ordinances on firearm laws if unsure). I know they are cute and all but when push comes to shove they have to go. I have used the .22 solution at my vacation home and it worked wonders. I tried to find a bait or poison to use but all the websites I looked at said the best solution is to shoot them. I wish you luck

On30 is a mixing of O Scale trains on HO scale track. This particular group used modular models to make it more portable. Their setup was my favorite of the day
