Does anyone see something uniquely different with how these troops deaths were reported?

I do:

The title is “Truck Bomber” first and then “suicide attacker”.

Then it says that the 5 were in the “wrong place at the wrong time”. The bomb was set:
“near a national police station in a residential neighborhood in the northern city of Mosul as a U.S. convoy was passing”

Well aren’t convoys a common things around police stations, military recruit stations, hospitals, and training areas? Plus is this the only time troops were in the wrong place at the wrong time, and just “driving by”, I have never heard it told like that before.

So can someone explain to me how the “wrong place at the wrong time” works?

It was a weak attempt to blame the military while sympathizing with the bombers
