In Hawai’i, you can find sushi delivered to your table on conveyer belts (each serving on a little colored plate), or carried by boats (as pictured), or even delivered by a scale model train. Even with novelty delivery methods, many Haoles won’t touch the eel or tako (squid) pieces!
