Milton Keynes Model Railway Society’s Model Railway Show Part 7 (19th February 2011)

On Saturday the 19th of February, the Milton Keynes Model Railway Society had an Model Railway Exhibition in Bletchley, 3 Minutes walk across the Railway Station at the featuring 21 Layouts, some were visiting The Layouts that were in attendants were Adlestrop Auerbach Yard (Our Back Yard) Blue River Bridges Burton Radstock Chestermont Contrarius Passing Cotton Hill TMD Drive A Train Factory Sidings Gillsbrook Hampton End Horneby Road Newport Nobby (Under Construction) Norgate Roadwater Sodor Junction T-Gauge Tinplate (An Vintage O Gauge) Townend Tram Layout Visiting Layout Only managed to film 15 Layouts in the Main Hall The Final part of this video focus the last two Layouts that i filmed, two American Layouts AUERBACH YARD: or Our Back Yard, an HO scale DCC Layout, set in an fictional Urban yard on the Gulf Mobile and Ohio Railroad, this is set in the 1970’s and ‘somewhere in Illinois’ This Layout was featured in the Model Rail Magazine, Continental Modeller, It also won an award for one of the best layouts there on the day and this Layout impressed me an lot by Graham Sturman and it was displayed on Stand 4 CONTRARIUS PASSING: the last American Layout is an N Gauge DCC Layout to enble long Trains to be Operated, this Layout shows some American Steam and Diesels and set in the middle of no whhere in America by Chris Baker and this was displayed on Stand 30 next to Hampton End Also i like to thank the Milton Keynes Model Railway Society for an great day, i’ve enjoyed
