LIONEL SANTA FE #158 FT DIESEL RUN & A LOOK UNDER THE SHELL

THIS IS A ENGINE I ONCE SEEN PULL A B-UNIT AND 15+ SEMI SCALE SANTA FE PASSENGER CARS WITH NO ISSUES THAT WAS A 2005 SF FT #158 ENGINE IT WAS ONE OF THE FIRST TO COME OUT ON THE MARKET I SAY THERE A WELL BULIT ENGINE BETWEEN ITS WEIGHT AND TWO POWERFUL CAN MOTORS THAT THEY COME WITH IN 2006 I HAD A 2004-06 LIONEL FAST FREIGHT C,P GP-38 DIESEL SET KNOWEN AS THE GEEPS AND I HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH IT FROM NOT RESPONDING OR SLOW RESPOND FROM FNR TO THE TRAINSOUNDS SOUND BOARD SOUNDING LIKE A POPCORN MAKER I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK AFTER CHRISTMAS PASSED AND AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE DEALER OF ONLY HAVEING IT A FEW WEEKS I GOT THEM TO SWAP IT OUT FOR A NEW O GAUGE POLAR EXPRESS SET AND I KINDA STAYED AWAY FROM MODERN DIESEL ENGINES AFTER THAT IM NOT TOO CRAZY ABOUT THE MODERN ERA TRAIN SETS IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THAT DIDNT HELP BEING ONE OF THE FIRST SETS WE GOT AS IM MOSTLY A COLLETOR AND INTO THE 1900 TO 1969 PREWAR & POSTWAR ERA TRAIN SETS THAT DONT HAVE ANY CIRCUIT BOARDS TO WORRY ABOUT SHORTING OUT AND THERE
