Question by ubergeneral1: Has anyone here ever tried the “Max Contraction” method of training.?
Based on John Little’s book, and the addition he just put out on “The Omega Set”. If you have, what has your experience been like. Have you made good gains? How long?

I have never try it, but a friend of mine did and he said it’s worth the training.He use it for two week now.
